La investigación adoptará una metodología de tipo aplicada de enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño descriptivo, tipo correlacional y corte transversal, la población estará conformada por 93 profesionales de enfermería del área de emergencia del Hospital Nacional III-1. En relación con los instrumentos a emplear, se contará con una encuesta creada por Sandoval y Trazona en el 2021 y una guía observacional creada por Borja en el 2019. Los instrumentos cuentan con una confiabilidad de KR-20 = 0.827 y un valor α = 0.832 y 0.673 (spearman – brown), 0.659 (rulon – guttman), 0.496 ( kuder – richardson ) respectivamente. Posteriormente esta información será procesada en el programa SPSS para mostrar en cuadros estadísticos los resultados y corroborar las hipótesis.The purpose of this research is to “determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of biosecurity measures and the nursing professional's practices.
