Chero Pisfil, Santos LucioHuallpar Callañaupa, Celia2025-06-082025-06-082023-11-16https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.13053/13371La pandemia del COVID 19 ha dejado estragos sin precedentes para los sistemas sanitarios a nivel mundial causando un alto impacto en la calidad de vida y el estado funcional en pacientes post COVID-19, causando fatiga, disnea al esfuerzo, limitaciones funcionales post alta hospitalaria y las personas contagiadas de gravedad presentan un conjunto de secuelas de gran importancia, la fibrosis pulmonar, las alteraciones cognitivas, alteraciones neuromusculares y parálisis, estos pacientes han tenido los síntomas habituales mucho más tiempo de lo esperado, generando la reducción de su calidad y estado de autocuidado al realizar sus actividades de la vida diaria; es por ello que es muy importante continuar con programa de fisioterapia cardiorespiratoria para mejorar su calidad de vida y estado funciona. Objetivo: Es determinar la relación entre la calidad de vida y el estado funcional de los pacientes post covid-19 de un hospital de Lima. Materiales y métodos: Como método se utilizará el Hipotético deductivo, tipo no experimental, diseño descriptivo- correlacional, corte transversal; para este estudio se utilizará los instrumentos Cuestionario de Saint George y Escala PCFS.The COVID-19 pandemic has left unprecedented devastation on healthcare systems worldwide, causing a significant impact on the quality of life and functional status of post-COVID-19 patients. This includes fatigue, dyspnea upon exertion, and functional limitations after hospital discharge. Severely infected patients present a range of significant sequelae, including pulmonary fibrosis, cognitive impairment, neuromuscular disorders, and paralysis. These patients have experienced the usual symptoms much longer than expected, resulting in a reduction in their quality of life and self-care when performing their daily activities. Therefore, it is very important to continue their cardiorespiratory physiotherapy program to improve their quality of life and functional status. Objective: To determine the relationship between quality of life and functional status of post-COVID-19 patients in a Lima hospital.
