Diseño: Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y no experimental. Resultados: Se trabajó con una muestra de 108 gestantes. La mayoría tenía entre 21 y 40 años, predominando el grupo de 31 a 40 años (46.3%). El 82.4% se dedicaba a labores del hogar y el 46.3% tenía como nivel educativo la primaria. En cuanto al estado civil, el 82.4% vivía en unión libre. El 21.3% reconoció haber sufrido violencia familiar durante su niñez y adolescencia. En relación con la violencia psicológica, el 53% reportó haber tenido experiencias de este tipo, destacando el 81% de ellas el maltrato verbal proveniente del entorno familiar. Por su parte, el 71% manifestó haber presenciado violencia física, siendo los empujones y golpes las manifestaciones más comunes 72%. En cuanto a violencia sexual, el 19% fue víctima en la infancia o adolescencia, el 29% fue testigo de este tipo de actos y el 13% identificó al agresor como un familiar. En el caso de la violencia económica, el 68% presenció discusiones por dinero entre sus padres, y el 59% observó la negación de recursos económicos hacia la madre.Objective: To identify the history of domestic violence among pregnant women treated at the Bajo Naranjillo Health Center in Awajún, Rioja, in 2025. Design: A quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental study. Results: A sample of 108 pregnant women was used. The majority were between 21 and 40 years old, with a predominance of the 31 40 age group (46.3%). 82.4% were engaged in housework, and 46.3% had only primary education. Regarding marital status, 82.4% were in a common-law relationship. 21.3% reported having experienced domestic violence during their childhood and adolescence. Regarding psychological violence, 53% reported having experienced this type of violence, with 81% experiencing verbal abuse from the family environment. Meanwhile, 71% reported having witnessed physical violence, with pushing and hitting being the most common manifestations (72%). Regarding sexual violence, 19% were victims in childhood or adolescence, 29% witnessed such acts, and 13% identified the aggressor as a family member.
