Material and method: A descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional study was carried out. . Applying the survey technique through the questionnaire that will allow the study variable to be measured, based on closed questions with a total of 32 questions. The values ​​obtained from the expert judges give significant agreement (p < 0.05), a reliability and Kuder Richardson R coefficient equal to 0.85, being of good consistency.Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre el uso de la vía intraósea en el profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un Hospital de Lima – Perú del año 2021. Material y método: Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal. Aplicando la técnica de la encuesta mediante el cuestionario que permitirá medir la variable de estudio, basándose a preguntas cerradas con una totalidad de 32 preguntas.
