Material y método: Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal. Aplicando la técnica de la encuesta mediante el cuestionario que permitirá medir la variable de estudio, basándose a preguntas cerradas con una totalidad de 32 preguntas. Los valores obtenidos de los jueces expertos dan concordancia significativa (p < 0,05), una confiabilidad y coeficiente de R de Kuder Richardson igual a 0.85, siendo de buena consistencia.Objective: Determine the level of knowledge about the use of the intraosseous route in the nursing professional of the emergency service of a Hospital in Lima - Peru in 2021.
