Therefore, it is important to provide ethical and humane quality care to children attending these clinics in order to improve mothers' satisfaction and increase vaccination coverage. Objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and mothers' satisfaction in the immunization clinic of a public hospital in Nazca. Methods: Applied, quantitative, non-experimental-correlational study. The census sample will be constituted by 82 mothers of the immunization clinic. The survey will be used to apply two Likert-type questionnaires adapted by Vargas and Briceño for the target population; they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. Information will be collected, classified and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Tests will be used to verify the normal distribution of the variables. Tables and graphs will be created to represent the results in coherence with the stated objectivesLos consultorios de inmunización son fundamentales en el ámbito de la salud pública ya que ofrecen a los niños menores de 5 años todas las vacunas necesarias para prevenir enfermedades prevalentes de la infancia y promover su crecimiento y desarrollo saludable. Por lo que resulta importante brindar una atención ética y humana de calidad a los niños que acuden a estos consultorios para mejorar la satisfacción de las madres y aumentar las coberturas de vacunación. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la calidad del cuidado enfermero y la satisfacción de las madres en el consultorio de inmunizaciones de un Hospital público de Nazca. Métodos: Estudio de tipo aplicado, cuantitativo, no experimental-correlacional. La muestra censal estará constituida por 82 madres del consultorio de inmunizaciones. Se usará la encuesta para aplicar dos cuestionarios en escala de tipo Likert adaptados por Vargas y Briceño para la población objetivo, están validados y son confiables para medir las variables en cuestión. Se recopilará información, se clasificará y analizará mediante estadística descriptiva. Se utilizarán pruebas para verificar la distribución normal de las variables.
