The study was based on 409 results and used Spearman's rho test to determine the relationship between ferritin and C-reactive protein, finding a high positive and statistically significant correlation between both. The male sex (52.8%) had a higher prevalence, and the most affected ages were 2 years (39.1%) and 4 years (33.7%) in females. Both sexes predominantly had mild anemia (74.8%). The study concluded that there is a relationship between ferritin and C-reactive protein, with sex, age, and anemia level not affecting the relationship, making these ideal indicators for the specific diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia.La presente investigación se desarrolló teniendo como objetivo determinar la relación entre ferritina y proteína C reactiva en niños con anemia Ferropénica, utilizando metodología deductiva –cuantitativo de tipo no experimental, como técnica la observación y análisis documental; el estudio se basó en 409 resultados y se realizó el análisis mediante la prueba Rho de Spearman para comprobar la relación existente entre ferritina y proteína C reactiva, encontrando como resultado que existe relación positiva alta y estadísticamente significativa entre ambas, mayor prevalencia presentó el sexo masculino (52.8%) siendo la edad más afectada de 2 años (39.1%) y 4 años (33.7%) en el sexo femenino y en ambos sexos predominó la anemia leve (74.8%); concluyendo que existe relación entre ferritina y proteína C reactiva donde el sexo, edad y nivel de anemia no afectan la relación haciendo de estos los indicadores ideales para el diagnóstico clínico específico de anemia Ferropénicaapplication/pdfspahttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Anemia FerropénicaAnemia, Iron-DeficiencyTrastornos del Metabolismo del HierroIron Metabolism DisordersProteína C-ReactivaC-Reactive Proteinhttp://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#2.06.02ODS 3: Salud y bienestar.
