Con la utilización del concepto Maitland se evidencia una mejoría en la funcionalidad, disminución del dolor y la amplitud del movimiento del hombro en pacientes diagnosticados con síndrome del manguito rotador. Objetivo determinar los resultados concepto Maitland sobre la funcionalidad del hombro en pacientes diagnosticados con síndrome de manguito rotador en un hospital de lima norte 2025. Este estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético - deductivo, de diseño pre-experimental. con una muestra de 67 participantes (con un solo grupo pre experimental), en el cual se aplicará el test Constant-Murley.The shoulder joint tends to be unstable and highly mobile, necessary for reaching and movements in its three planes and axes, making it more prone to rotator cuff injuries, affecting its functionality. This study has a quantitative approach, a hypothetical-deductive method, and a pre-experimental design.
