De lo anterior, se toma dicha problemática como una oportunidad para establecer posibles soluciones desde el génesis, es decir, prevenir cualquier conducta que pueda propender al riesgo de ser víctimas de ciberdelitos. Es así, que el objetivo de esta investigación, fue proponer estrategias pedagógicas para prevenir que los estudiantes de quinto de primaria del colegio Nuestra Señora de Fátima de Cúcuta, sean víctimas de delitos cibernéticos. El enfoque fue de tipo cualitativo con diseño de investigación básica y la técnica utilizada es la entrevista en profundidad, implementada en cuatro docentes, ocho padres de familia de los estudiantes de quinto grado y ocho estudiantes de quinto grado de la Institución educativa antes mencionada. Se obtuvo como resultado que en la institución se llevan a cabo estrategias pedagógicas por parte de los docentes, sin embargo, se requiere actualización y capacitación respecto a las distintas modalidades de los ciberdelitos. Se estableció la importancia y la funcionabilidad de las estrategias pedagógicas para la prevención de los ciberdelitos , el acompañamiento de adultos y educadores como factor importante de prevención y la importancia del conocimiento de las distintas modalidades de ciberdelitos.Cybercrimes today have been classified as a risk worldwide that does not discriminate age, from children in their early days in the use of social networks, to adults, who are affected, in different ways. From the foregoing, said problem is taken as an opportunity to establish possible solutions from the genesis, that is, to prevent any conduct that may lead to the risk of being victims of cybercrime. Thus, the objective of this research was to propose pedagogical strategies to prevent fifth grade students from the Nuestra Señora de Fátima school in Cúcuta, from being victims of cybercrimes. The approach was qualitative with a basic research design and the technique used is the in-depth interview, implemented in four teachers, eight parents of fifth grade students and eight fifth grade students from the aforementioned educational institution. It was obtained as a result that in the institution pedagogical strategies are carried out by the teachers, however, updating and training is required regarding the different modalities of cybercrimes.
