The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Climate at the Clínica Internacional de Lima during the year 2025. A basic quantitative methodology was used, utilizing a hypothetical-deductive method and a non-experimental design. A probability sample of 80 clinic employees (physicians, nurses, and administrative staff) was used, excluding employees from other locations, minors, and patients. Data were collected through surveys, including the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) adapted by Ciscel and Herrera Farfán (2016) and Palma's CL-SPC Work Climate Scale. The findings revealed a significant positive correlation between the main variable and the dimensions of the second variable, highlighting a very strong correlation with the organizational climate (r = 0.974), and considerable correlations with self-realization (r = 0.784), involvement (r = 0.856), and working conditions (r = 0.784). Medium positive correlations were also observed with supervision (r = 0.690) and communication (r = 0.514). In conclusion, the study revealed a strong and significant positive correlation between the study variables and their dimensions. Therefore, the higher the emotional intelligence of the collaborators at the Clínica Internacional de Lima, the better the organizational climate.application/pdfspahttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Inteligencia EmocionalEmotional IntelligenceCultura OrganizacionalOrganizational CultureComunicaciónCommunicationInteligencia emocional y el clima organizacional en la Clínica Internacional de Lima, 2025Emotional intelligence and organizational climate at Clínica Internacional, Lima 2025http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#5.01.02https://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.02.24ODS 3: Salud y bienestar.
