Este trabajo busca explorar asociaciones mediante un diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional aplicado a las prácticas de enfermería, aplicando así un enfoque hipotético-deductivo con una perspectiva cuantitativa. Con 84 enfermeras del Hospital Provincial de Lima (febrero de 2025), el estudio se centra en aquellas seleccionadas mediante un muestreo no probabilístico. Los resultados de la prueba de correlación señalan que el P-valor es 0.918, siendo mayor a 0.05; no se puede rechazar la hipótesis nula. Por lo tanto, se concluye que no existe relación significativa entre el clima de seguridad hospitalaria y el bienestar personal en los profesionales de enfermería.The present research aims to determine the relationship between the hospital safety climate and personal well-being among nursing professionals at a hospital in Lima, Province, during the year 2025. This work seeks to explore associations using a non-experimental, cross sectional, and correlational design applied to nursing practices, thus applying a hypothetical deductive approach with a quantitative perspective. With 84 nurses from the Provincial Hospital of Lima (February 2025), the study focuses on those selected through non-probability sampling. The results of the evaluation test indicate a P-value of 0.918, greater than 0.05; the null hypothesis cannot be rejected.
