The population will be made up of a total of 28 nurses from the intensive care unit of the Chancay hospital. The instrument to be used is one previously validated by an expert judgment using V Aiken with a score of 0.78 for the first variable and 0. .83 for the second variable, for reliability it was previously carried out by Quiliche in 2020 using the Cronbach's alpha statistical test with a result of 0.72 for factors and 0.78 for attitudes.Este trabajo tendrá el objetivo de determinar la relación entre los factores y actitudes hacia la investigación en enfermas de la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital de Chancay, 2022, será de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño trasversal, tipo aplicativa, correlacional, con el método hipotético deductivo con el diseño no experimental.
