Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral en personal de salud del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Regional de Ica, 2026. Metodología: Estudio de método hipotético – deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicativo, y de diseño no experimental, transversal, descriptivo y correlacional, siendo la población de 65 profesionales, y la muestra de 56 participantes obtenido por fórmula estadística. Se aplicará la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumentos dos cuestionarios validados en el contexto nacional, presentando un alto nivel de confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach. Los resultados permitirán conocer la percepción del clima organizacional y el nivel de satisfacción laboral en el personal de salud según frecuencias y porcentajes, estableciendo a su vez la correlación estadística de las variables mediante la prueba estadística Rho de Spearman que tendrá un nivel de confianza de 95% (pz0.05), el cual permitirá que se conozca la magnitud del problema y se establezcan medidas institucionales para mejorar la situación laboral del personal de salud. Este presente estudio se sustenta teóricamente en las teorías de la Cultura y clima organizacional de Schein y teoría de dos factores de Herzberg proporcionando un información ara la interpretación de los hallazgos.Health personnel constitute the most important workforce in the health care of the population, who require to operate in a favorable work environment to achieve job satisfaction, and therefore efficient care work. Methodology: Study of hypothetical - deductive method, with a quantitative approach, of applicative type, and of non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational design, with a population of 65 professionals, and the sample of 56 participants obtained by statistical formula. The survey technique will be applied and as instruments two questionnaires validated in the national context, presenting a high level of Cronbach's Alpha reliability. The results will determine the perception of the organizational climate and the level of job satisfaction among healthcare personnel based on frequencies and percentages. The statistical correlation of the variables will be established using Spearman's Rho test, which will have a confidence level of 95% (p<0.05). This will allow us to determine the magnitude of the problem and establish institutional measures to improve the employment situation of healthcare personnel.
