We work with an oblation sample of 107 secondary school students. The FACES IV instruments and the Soft Skills instrument are used.El objetivo del presente estudio es determinar la relación del funcionamiento familiar con las habilidades blandas que presentan los estudiantes de la I. E. 3024 José Antonio Encinas Franco. Según la metodología establecida por Hernández y Mendoza; esta investigación presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño que se utiliza es el no experimental, finalmente es de tipo descriptiva y correlacional. Se trabaja con una muestra de oblación de 107 estudiantes del nivel secundario.
