El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el impacto del delito de extorsión vinculado al robo de vehículos de Comas en la integridad de la víctima durante el 2022. En la metodología se aplicó el enfoque cualitativo, el método inductivo, diseño no experimental y teoría fundamentada, nivel de descriptivo, tipo básica, la técnica de la entrevista e instrumento de la guía de entrevista. El resultado evidenció que el marco penal debe ser adecuado en función al grado del daño o peligro en el que se encuentra la víctima frente a estos sujetos que muchas veces sino se cumple con sus amenazas terminan con su vida. En conclusión, se analizo el impacto del delito de extorsión vinculado al robo de vehículos en Comas en la integridad de la víctima durante el 2022, siendo necesario aplicar sanciones más rigurosas en la pena establecida para estos delitos. Lo más importante fue que todavía se requiere adecuar a nuestro sistema penal las necesidades de la población. Por ende, lo que más contribuyó en este estudio fue obtener la búsqueda de toda la información. No obstante, lo más complejo fue encontrar que el tema no ha sido abordado a profundidad tomando en cuenta la necesidad de garantizar la seguridad social.Introduction, currently society is suffering the consequences of crime in the environment where they cohabit, due to the cases of extortion crimes presented for property damage to the victims who are forced to hand over money and not attempt against their lives by unscrupulous subjects.
