El método de investigación es hipotético-deductivo, cuantitativo básico, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y correlacional. Se realizo el estudio con una población conformado por 135 profesionales asistenciales, de los cuales 40 son médicos fisiatras, 74 licenciados y 21 técnicos de terapia física, con una muestra de 100 profesionales, Se aplicaron como instrumentos la Escala de Motivación Laboral (ML) de Steers y Braunstein (1976) adaptado en dos ocasiones en Perú por Palma, (2000) y Ventura (2018) y el Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral (SL-SPC) de Sonia Palma (2006).This research aims to determine the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction among physical therapy and rehabilitation staff at a Level IV hospital in Lima. The study followed a hypothetico-deductive, quantitative-basic method, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. The study was conducted with a population of 135 healthcare professionals, including 40 physiatrists, 74 licensed therapists, and 21 physical therapy technicians. A sample of 100 professionals was selected.
