La metodología: Se llevará a cabo un método hipotético deductivo bajo un paradigma cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, con el apoyo de una muestra de 80 enfermeros, se aplicarán dos instrumentos en la recopilación de información, ambos previamente validados; dichos instrumentos presentan un alto grado de confiabilidad, de un KR- 20 de 0.916 para el conocimiento y un KR- 20 de 0.700 para la ficha de cotejo de las práctica de medidas de bioseguridad. El proceso de recolección de datos se iniciará pidiendo la autorización correspondiente luego de ello se aplicará a la muestra con un tiempo aproximado de 35 minutos obteniendo la información requerida se procederá con la elaboración de la base de datos en Excel con lo cual se podrá analizar a través del SPSS 25.0, de manera estadística con desarrollo tanto descriptivo a través de tablas y figuras como inferencial mediante el uso de pruebas como la Rho de Spearman con un nivel de significancia menor al 0.05, con lo cual poder validar las hipótesis planteadas y establecer las apreciaciones finales del caso.This research aims to: “Determine how nursing knowledge is related to the practice of biosecurity measures in the Emergency Department of a hospital in Chincha, 2025”.
