Creando un impacto en la salud de la población que lo padecen, ocasionando una gran perturbación en las relaciones sociales y familiares, evolucionando hacia la cronicidad. Tomando en cuenta la relación que existe entre el conocimiento que aplica el cuidador del paciente esquizofrénico con las actitudes puedan impulsar positivamente o todo lo contrario en el mantenimiento de su estabilidad, comprometiendo la religión, estilos de vida, educación, creencias y sobre todo factores económicos. El objetivo de este estudio “Determinar la ilación que existe entre el conocimiento y actitudes del cuidador del paciente esquizofrénico, centro de salud mental comunitario, La Victoria, 2024” Metodología: La presente investigación se plantea direccionar con el enfoque cuantitativo, utilizando el método hipotético deductivo, siendo no experimental teniendo en cuenta de corte transversal considerando el nivel correlacional. Estableciendo como población a 80 cuidadores. Se aplicarán instrumentos como el cuestionario de preguntas que evaluara la variable de “Conocimientos” por otro lado se dará uso a la escala de Likert que evaluara la variable “Actitudes”, los mismos que fueron homologados por el trabajo de investigación de Tolentino (2022), añadiendo a ello, la confiabilidad será evaluada mediante la Alfa de Cronbach, obteniendo un resultado positivo de 0.863 perteneciente a la variable 1, asimismo 0.854 de acuerdo con la variable 2. Por consiguiente, se hará uso del software SPSS estadístico de versión 26, el cual ayudará en las pruebas descriptivas e inferenciales similar al Rho de Spearman que sumará al análisis de correlación de ambas variables.Schizophrenia is classified as a severe mental disorder affecting the cognitive, social and affective areas, emphasizing that depending on the type of schizophrenia it creates a total or partial dependence on the primary caregiver.
