Conforme a la metodología, el estudio desarrolló un enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación fue observacional y el diseño fue no experimental. La población se conformó por 135 estudiantes adolescentes de los grados 4to y 5to de secundaria que pertenecen a la Institución Educativa Privada Isabel Flores de Oliva. Los resultados indicaron que los saberes hacia el VPH se encontraron principalmente en un conocimiento alto 72,6% medio 20,7% y bajo 6,7%. Las actitudes fueron mayormente medianamente desfavorables en el 57% favorable 32,6% y desfavorable 10,4%. Se demostró una relación moderada (=0,592) y significativa entre los saberes y las actitudes hacia el Virus del Papiloma Humano. El estudio concluye que existe una relación moderada entre los saberes y las actitudes hacia el Virus del Papiloma Humano.The research aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward the Human Papillomavirus in students from the private educational institution Isabel Flores de Oliva, Lima-2024. According to the methodology, the study developed a quantitative approach, the type of research was observational and the design was non-experimental. The population consisted of 135 adolescent students from the 4th and 5th grades of secondary school who belong to the private educational institution Isabel Flores de Oliva. The results indicated that knowledge towards HPV was mainly found in high knowledge (72.6%), medium (20.7%), and low (6.7%). Attitudes were mostly moderately favorable (57%) favorable (32.6%) and unfavorable (10.4%). A moderate (=0.592) and significant relationship was demonstrated between knowledge and attitudes toward the Human Papillomavirus.
