Este estudio se enmarca en un diseño cuantitativo con enfoque aplicativo, de tipo no experimental y correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra está compuesta por 40 profesionales de enfermería, seleccionados de manera censal. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizarán dos instrumentos: el cuestionario de estrés de enfermería, compuesto por 34 ítems distribuidos en tres dimensiones (estrés físico, psicológico y social), y el test de estrés laboral, que consta de 12 ítems también divididos en tres dimensiones. Ambos cuestionarios permiten evaluar las situaciones laborales comunes que los profesionales de enfermería enfrentan en un hospital y cómo estas impactan en su bienestar. El análisis de los datos se llevará a cabo mediante técnicas estadísticas correlacionales para determinar la relación entre las variables del estrés laboral y las dimensiones evaluadas.The objective of this research is to determine how work stressors relate to stress in emergency service nurses. This study is framed within a quantitative design with an applicative approach, of a non-experimental and cross-sectional correlational nature. The sample is made up of 40 nursing professionals, selected by census. For data collection, two instruments will be used: the nursing stress questionnaire, composed of 34 items distributed in three dimensions (physical, psychological and social stress), and the work stress test, which consists of 12 items also divided into three dimensions. Both questionnaires allow us to evaluate the common work situations that nursing professionals face in a hospital and how these impact their well-being.
