Census sample consisting of 110 nursing professionals who work in hospitalization wards. The technique to be used will be the survey. Instruments: Nursing Stress Scale-11 (NSS-11) with a Spearman rho of 0.904 and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.815; and the g_clinic Questionnaire with a Pearson r of 0.4 and Cronbach's alpha of 0.75. The corresponding statistical tests will be used to confirm the hypotheses.
