El estudio se basa en un diseño correlacional transversal en el que participarán 110 trabajadores sanitarios. Se hizo uso de los siguientes instrumentos: el Inventario de Estrés para Profesionales de la Salud (IEPS) adaptado por Palacios, Morán y Paz (2014) y Escala de Satisfacción Laboral SL– ARG creado por Ruiz et al. (2017). Los resultados mostraron una correlación negativa significativa entre el estrés y la satisfacción laboral entre el personal médico del hospital del estudio (rho=-0,428). Los resultados muestran que existe una conexión entre el estrés y la satisfacción laboral: cuanto mayor es el estrés, menor es la satisfacción laboral.The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between stress and job satisfaction among healthcare workers at a hospital in Lima in 2023. The study is based on a cross-sectional correlational design involving 110 healthcare workers. The following instruments were used: the Stress Inventory for Healthcare Professionals (IEPS) adapted by Palacios, Morán, and Paz (2014), and the Job Satisfaction Scale SL–ARG created by Ruiz et al. (2017). The results showed a significant negative correlation between stress and job satisfaction among the hospital's medical staff (rho = -0.428).
