Iraola Real, IvanVentura Luyo De Cotera, Danisa Milagros2024-04-052024-04-052023-12-15https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.13053/10722El objetivo principal del estudio fue “Establecer la relación entre la inteligencia emocional y la resiliencia ante el COVID-19 en estudiantes de segunda especialidad de enfermería en una universidad privada, Lima – 2023”, para ello el desarrollo metodológico tomo como enfoque el cuantitativo y el diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional; como muestra se consideró a 123 estudiantes de especialización, del mismo modo se utilizaron dos cuestionarios para valorar las variables siendo estos el Cuestionario Traid Meta – Mood Scale: TMMS-24 para Inteligencia emocional de 24 ítems y 4 dimensiones y la Escala de Resiliencia de Connor y Davidson (CD- RISC) de 25 ítems y 4 dimensiones, ambos aplicados a través de la encuesta y validados por medio del juicio de expertos, del mismo modo obtuvieron índices de fiabilidad alto por medio del Alfa de Cronbach (0.837 y 0.895) ; entre los resultados se halló relación directa y significativa (p< 0.05 y Rho= 0.354 entre los constructos; concluyendo al respecto que se evidencia que la Inteligencia emocional se relaciona con la Resiliencia ante el COVID-19 en estudiantes de segunda especialidad de enfermería en una universidad privada, Lima – 2023.The main objective of the study was "To establish the relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience to COVID-19 in second specialty nursing students at a private university, Lima - 2023", for this the methodological development took the quantitative and the non-experimental design and correlational level; As a sample, 123 specialization students were considered.
