Of the set of studies analyzed, 50% correspond to the methodological design of systematic reviews, 40% randomized trials and 10% bibliographic review. Of which 80% present high quality and 20% low quality Results: 70% (7/10) tell us that advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation in newborns in a shorter amount of time reduces mortality and 30% (3/ 10) of the studies indicate that more research studies should be carried out to verify effectiveness.se trata de un estudio de revisión sistemática, sobre artículos científicos publicados en las principales revistas indexadas a nivel mundial, siendo entre otras; Scielo, Scopus, Web of Science, Elsevier, Clarivate Analitics, Dialnet, Epistemonikos y Google académico, estas fueron analizadas empleando la escala GRADE para establecer su fuerza y grado de evidencia. Del conjunto de estudios analizados se tienen todo ellos corresponden al diseño metodológico de revisiones sistemáticas un 50%, 40% ensayos aleatorizados y 10% revisión bibliográfica.
