Metodología: Se basará en un enfoque cuantitativo utilizando mediante el método hipotético-deductivo, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y nivel correlacional. La muestra incluirá 92 enfermeros asistenciales que laboran en el Hospital II Huamanga. Se usará un muestreo censal y la recolección de datos se hará mediante cuestionarios. Para autocuidado se usará de un cuestionario desarrollado por Ordinola que consta de un total de 24 ítems distribuido en 5 dimensiones, accesibilidad, información, confort, anticipación y relación de confianza. También se usará el Cuestionario sobre Cultura de seguridad del Paciente que consta de un total de 21 ítems distribuidos en cinco dimensiones: Área de trabajo, dirección, comunicación, anticipación y sucesos notificados. Se realizará el tratamiento de datos, usando primero una prueba de normalidad y dependiendo de su resultado se decidirá si usar rho de Spearman o r de Pearson para hallar la relación.The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between care management and patient safety culture among nursing professionals at a Level II Hospital in Ayacucho, 2026. Methodology: A quantitative approach will be used, employing the hypothetico-deductive method with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational design. The sample will include 92 registered nurses working at Hospital II Huamanga. A census sampling method will be used, and data will be collected through questionnaires. For self-care, a questionnaire developed by Ordinola will be used, consisting of 24 items distributed across five dimensions: accessibility, information, comfort, anticipation, and trust. The Patient Safety Culture Questionnaire, consisting of 21 items distributed across five dimensions—work area, management, communication, anticipation, and reported incidents—will also be used. Data processing will begin with a normality test.
