El trabajo realizado fue observacional, transversal, prospectivo y descriptivo. Se aplicó un cuestionario conformado por 20 preguntas de manera anónima a los participantes del estudio mediante una encuesta virtual. Los resultados evidenciaron que del total de la muestra estudiada el 38 % de los alumnos presentaron un nivel bajo de conocimiento sobre el consentimiento informado COVID 19 – MINSA. Por otro lado, el 62% de la muestra obtuvo un nivel medio. No se encontraron reportes de alumnos con un nivel alto de conocimiento sobre el consentimiento informado COVID 19 – MINSA. Con la ayuda de los resultados obtenidos se concluye que el nivel de conocimiento sobre consentimiento informado COVID 19-MINSA fue medio en la mayoría de estudiantes de 9no y 10mo ciclo de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener.The main objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge about informed consent for COVID-19 – Ministry of Health of Peru (MINSA) among dentistry students in the 9th and 10th cycles at the Norbert Wiener Private University. The study was observational, cross-sectional, prospective, and descriptive. A questionnaire consisting of 20 anonymous questions was administered to the study participants through a virtual survey. The results revealed that 38% of the students exhibited a low level of knowledge about the informed consent for COVID-19 – MINSA. In contrast, 62% of the sample had a medium level of knowledge. No students were reported to have a high level of knowledge about the informed consent for COVID-19 – MINSA.
