Metodología: Se llevó a cabo un estudio cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental, correlacional y transversal. La población estuvo compuesta por 85 personas seleccionadas al azar. Resultados: En cuanto al nivel de conocimiento sobre la profilaxis previa a la exposición contra el VIH, se observó que un 57.6% de los participantes mostró una actitud positiva con un conocimiento medio. En la dimensión sociodemográfica relacionada con el nivel de conocimiento sobre la PrEP, se identificó que un 48% de los encuestados con bajo conocimiento también presentaron una actitud positiva. En la dimensión de profilaxis, se encontró que un 63% de los participantes con conocimiento medio mostraron una actitud positiva hacia la PrEP.Objective: Analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge about pre-exposure prophylaxis against the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and the attitudes of a key population in a Health Center in the city of Lima 2024.
