La muestra fue no probabilística por lo que se consideró a 120 policías - primer interviniente policial y 15 peritos especializados en inspección de la escena del crimen, en un total de 135 policías pertenecientes a la Región Policial Ancash. Llegando a la conclusión que la falta de preparación del personal policial y medios logísticos son las causas que influyen en la intangibilidad de los indicios y evidencias en el homicidio calificado.The thesis was aimed at determining to what extent the protection of the scene by the first police intervener influences the intangibility of evidence and evidence in the crime of qualified homicide.
