Methods: The study will use the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, type applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational design. The population and sample will be made up of 80 chronic kidney patients, with nonprobabilistic sampling for convenience. For the processing and analysis of the survey data, first the collected information will be ordered, then the coding will be carried out, once the data is collected, the data will be organized according to their study variables, the data will be processed using the Microsoft Excel 2021 program and the statistical software SPSS version 26.0 to generate tables and/or graphs by dimensions and indicators of the study variables of the first variable lifestyles and the second variable adherence to hemodialysis treatment; Likewise, it will be used to determine the relationship between variables through the Spearman Correlation Test (Rho).Métodos: El estudio se utilizará el método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, descriptivo y correlacional. La población y muestra estará conformada por 80 pacientes renales crónicos, siendo el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia.
