Objetivo: Establecer la asociación entre las condiciones de trabajo y la satisfacción laboral en enfermeras del servicio de emergencia de un hospital del Ministerio de salud de Lima, en el periodo de 2025. Método: La averiguación se desarrollará usando el método hipotético-deductivo, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental, de alcance relacional y transeccional. La muestra, calculada de forma probabilística, estará conformada por 70 enfermeras del servicio. Se aplicarán dos instrumentos validados: el "Cuestionario sobre Condiciones de Trabajo" de Leiva y Diaz (2024) y el "Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral" del MINSA (2024). Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Los datos recolectados serán sometidos al software SPSS ver-26. Se ejecutará un análisis descriptivo mediante frecuencias y porcentajes, y para la contrastación de hipótesis se empleará el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman, con un nivel de significancia de p<0.05.Introduction: Working conditions in emergency departments directly impact the well-being of nursing staff and, consequently, the quality of care.
