The technique to be used to collect the data for this research will be the survey and the instrument that will be used will be the questionnaire on safety and health at work, which measures knowledge of occupational safety and health prevention in nursing.El trabajo de investigación “Conocimientos en prevención de seguridad y salud ocupacional en enfermería del hospital Octavio Mongrut-2020” tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimientos en prevención de seguridad y salud ocupacional en enfermeras del Hospital Octavio Mongrut – 2020, el estudio fue de tipo cuantitativo, investigación sustantiva, diseño descriptivo de corte transversal, con una muestra de 150 enfermeras (os) que forman parte del equipo del Hospital Octavio Mongrut.
