We will work with 30 nursing professionals who work in the emergency service, defined by simple random probabilistic sampling with a 95% confidence level. The information will be collected using two questionnaires validated in previous studies: on knowledge, consisting of 28 questions, whose consistency was 0.76 and reliability 0.69 obtained by Cronbach's Alpha. The observation guide, consisting of 29 questions, validated with a Pearson Correlation of 0.76 and 0.77 reliability of Cronbach's Alpha.
