Considerando una base de datos de pacientes con hipertension arterial y diabetes mellitus que acudieron al Centro de Salud de Chilca en el mes de enero 2020, se les aplico una encuesta. Resultados: En 45,85%(94) de la poblacion de estudios existieron hábitos alimentarios. Hubo sobrepeso en un 3,17%(27), y obesidad en 11,71% (24). Conclusión : Los habitos alimentarios se forman en el transcuros de vida del indiviudo y son complejos de modificar aun en una poblacion adulta mayor con hipertension arterial y diabetes, lo cual complica mas su estado de salud (delgadez, sobrepeso y obesidad).This resarch aimed to determine how eating habits are related to the nutritional status and central obesity of elderly patients with arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus at the Chilca Health Center, Junin,Peru, 2020.
