The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the Nursing Stress Scale - The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS), by Gray-Toft and Anderson, made up of 34 items that are distributed in three dimensions.Objetivo: Determinar el estrés en personal de enfermería de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos durante la pandemia COVID 19, en una clínica privada, Lima Metropolitana. Material y método: El estudio desarrollado fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño metodológico descriptivo-transversal. Se contó con una población de 72 miembros del personal de enfermería de la UCI.
