La población objeto de estudio, la conforman 60 docentes de la básica, de la Institución Educativa Manuel Murillo Toro del municipio de Chaparral Tolima. La muestra corresponde al 100% del total de población. La técnica a utilizar en la investigación es la encuesta, los instrumentos de recolección de datos utilizados son el cuestionario, el cual estuvo constituido por 49 preguntas en la escala de Likert), el cuestionario brindó información acerca de la variable Herramientas Tecnológicas TIC y la variable Enseñanza aprendizaje, a través de la evaluación de sus distintas dimensiones. Para realizar un análisis descriptivo, partimos de la reducción de los datos, es decir, de la simplificación, el resumen, la selección de la información para hacerla abarcable y manejable, luego realizamos la disposición de la información de una forma gráfica y organizada. Para facilitar la comprensión y el análisis de la misma, utilizamos histogramas que permitieron describir la información correspondiente a la muestra. El Análisis inferencial se hizo utilizando el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman que permitió determinar el grado de correlación entre las variables. En el plano inferencial se pudo determinar la existencia de una correlación directa entre las variables las Herramientas Tecnológicas TIC y la Enseñanza- aprendizaje en la básica primaria, donde el coeficiente Rho de Spearman arrojo como resultado 0.7637, encontrándose en el rango de 0.76 a 1.00, por esta razón la correlación entre las herramientas Tecnológicas TIC. y la enseñanzaAprendizaje en la básica primaria se puede catalogar entre fuerte y perfecta; se rechaza la Hipótesis nula (Ho) se acepta la Hipótesis alterna (H1) determinándose que existe una relación significativa entre la variable Herramientas Tecnológicas TIC y la variable Enseñanza-Aprendizaje.The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the implementation of ICT Technological tools and the strengthening of the teachinglearning process of the teachers of the Manuel Murillo Toro Educational Institution in the municipality of Chaparral-Tolima Colombia. 2014, which present problems in their work, since most of them have little mastery in the use of ICT tools in the classroom, due to lack of commitment, fear of change, little IT culture and use of ICT tools offered by the institution.
