To collect the information, the survey will be used as a technique to obtain the level of uncertainty of the primary caregivers of children with Leukemia, applying the Merle Mishel Disease Uncertainty Scale Instrument – ​​Father Son Form in the Spanish version. . The instrument consists of 31 questions that measure uncertainty during the experience of the children's illness related to ambiguity, complexity, lack of information and lack of prediction. Each question has an option of 5 responses on a Likert scale: 1. Completely disagree; 2. Disagreement; 3. Undecided; 4. Agreement; 5. Totally agree. The score of the instrument ranges from a minimum of 31 points and a maximum of 155 points, the higher the score, the higher the level of uncertainty regarding the disease.Estudio descriptivo de corte transversal en los cuidadores primarios de niños hospitalizados con Diagnóstico de Leucemia de un Hospital del Seguro Social del Callao, se utilizará el registro de ingresos de pacientes en el Servicio de Hospitalización de Pediatría Hematológica durante el período del año 2020, una muestra a conveniencia de cuidadores primarios. Para la recolección de la información se utilizará como técnica la encuesta que permitirá obtener el nivel de incertidumbre de los cuidadores primarios de niños con Leucemia, aplicando el Instrumento de Escala de Incertidumbre ante la enfermedad de Merle Mishel – Forma Padre Hijo en la versión al español. El instrumento consta de 31 preguntas donde se mide la incertidumbre durante la experiencia de la enfermedad de los hijos relacionados con la ambigüedad, complejidad, falta de información y falta de predicción. Cada pregunta tiene como opción 5 respuestas en escala Lickert: 1.Totalmente en desacuerdo; 2. Desacuerdo; 3. Indeciso; 4. Acuerdo; 5. Totalmente de acuerdo.
