Material and methods: The research was applied, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational scope. The sample made up of 60 nurses from a health center was obtained through non-probabilistic sampling. The technique used in data collection was the survey, 2 instruments were used, which are: The Maslash Burnout Inventory questionnaire, the interview technique was used, which instrument is comprised of 22 items with their respective answers and the job performance questionnaire belonging to At MINSA – Peru, the interview was used, the instrument used is comprised of 31 items with their respective answers.Objetivo: Identificar la relación del estrés laboral con el desempeño profesional enfermero en las campañas de vacunación Covid – 19 vacunatorio Sinchi Roca, Lima – 2021. Material y métodos: La investigación fue tipo aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, alcance correlacional. La muestra conformada de 60 enfermeras de un centro de salud fue obtenida mediante el muestreo no probabilístico.
