Metodología: El método empleado será de tipo hipotético-deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, clasificada como aplicada y con un diseño correlacional y transversal. La muestra y la población objeto de investigación estarán compuestas por 80 pacientes. Después de haber reunido la data de la encuesta, se realizarán análisis y se mostrarán en forma de tablas y gráficos estadísticos mediante el uso de Microsoft 365, específicamente con la aplicación Excel y el software SPSS 26. 0. A continuación, se llevará a cabo el análisis e interpretación basándose en la fundamentación teórica y el contexto del estudio, lo cual permitirá desarrollar la discusión, así como establecer conclusiones y sugerencias.
