En relación al método utilizado para el desarrollo de esta investigación se empleó el hipotético-deductivo, asimismo, para la recolección de la información se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, como instrumento dos cuestionarios con escala tipo Likert, el primero en referencia a la escala de hábitos de estudio de Gilber Wrenn (1976), y el segundo cuestionario para aprendizaje significativo, basado en los principios de David Ausubel (1963-2009), presentando un índice de confiabilidad según alfa de Cronbach de 0,847 y 0,904 respectivamente. Asimismo, estos datos obtenidos fueron analizados mediante el programa SPSS v25, lo que permitió establecer la relación existente y positiva, considerando que el valor de significancia fue de 0,001 < 0,05 y un Rho de Spearman de 0,96, lo que significa que la relación también es directa y positiva débil. Lo cual se concluye en que, si hay una relación entre los hábitos de estudio y el aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes de primer ciclo de la segunda especialidad de emergencias y desastres de una Universidad Privada de Lima, 2021-II.The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between study habits and significant learning of students in the first cycle of the second specialty of emergencies and disasters of a private university in Lima, 2021-II, this research was based on a quantitative approach, applied type of study, non-experimental design, the study population consisted of 120 students, with a sample of 30 students. In relation to the method used for the development of this research, the hypothetical-deductive method was used, likewise, for the collection of information, the survey technique was applied, as an instrument two questionnaires with Likert-type scale, the first in reference to the study habits scale of Gilber Wrenn (1976), and the second questionnaire for meaningful learning, based on the principles of David Ausubel (1963-2009), presenting a reliability index according to Cronbach's alpha of 0.847 and 0.904 respectively. Likewise, these data obtained were analyzed by means of the SPSS v25 program, which allowed establishing the existing and positive relationship, considering that the significance value was 0.001 < 0.05 and a Spearman's Rho of 0.96, which means that the relationship is also direct and weak positive.
