Results: In the final selection, 07 articles were chosen, 58% (4) correspond to Spain, with 14% (1) found in England, 14% Colombia and 14% Brazil. Likewise, according to the type of study, 43% correspond to Systematic Reviews, 14% Prospective Cohort, 29% Descriptive, 14% Cross-sectional Study. Conclusions: According to the results obtained from the systematic review, they show that of the total of 7 studies, equivalent to 58% corresponds to demonstrating that the Braden scale is effective in evaluating the risk of pressure ulcer in pediatric patients.Revisión Sistemática, observacional y retrospectivo, la búsqueda se ha restringido a artículos con texto completo, y los artículos seleccionados se sometieron a una lectura crítica, utilizando la evaluación Grade para identificar el grado de evidencia. Resultados: En la selección definitiva se eligieron 07 artículos, el 58% (4) corresponden a España, con un 14% (1) encontramos en Inglaterra, 14% Colombia y 14% Brasil. Dela misma manera según el tipo de estudio 43% corresponde a Revisiones Sistemáticas, 14% Cohorte prospectivo, 29% Descriptivos, 14% Estudio Transversal.
