Design and Methodology: The study is quantitative, applied, observational, descriptive, transversal and correlational. Population and sample: The study sample is 68 nursing professionals who work in hospitalization, ER, ICU and meet the established research criteria. Technique and instruments: For the first variable “Leadership Styles”, the Survey will be used and as an instrument a questionnaire with a Likert scale with three dimensions to be evaluated: “authoritarian”, “democratic” and “liberal or laissez faire” and the second variable “ "job satisfaction" in the same way a Likert-type questionnaire will be used with two dimensions to be evaluated: "intrinsic factors" and "extrinsic factors". Data processing and analysis: Data will be analyzed and processed through descriptive statistics through Spss 23 and Microsoft Excel where the tables and graphs corresponding to both research variables will be tabulated.Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre los estilos de liderazgo y la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería. Diseño y Metodología: El estudio es cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, observacional, descriptivo, transversal y correlacional. Población y muestra: La muestra de estudio es de 68 profesionales de enfermería que trabajan en hospitalización, Urgencias, UCI y cumplen con los criterios de investigación establecidos. Técnica e instrumentos: Para la primera variable “Estilos de Liderazgo“ se utilizará la Encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario con escala Likert con tres dimensiones a evaluar: “autoritario”, “democrático” y “liberal o laissez faire” y la segunda variable “satisfacción laboral“ de la misma forma se utilizará un cuestionario tipo Likert con dos dimensiones a ser evaluada: “factores intrínsecos” y “factores extrínsecos”.
