Metodología: tendrá un método hipotético deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y alcance correlacional, la Muestra estará conformada por 80 pacientes postoperados. Utilizará instrumentos; El cuestionario de calidad cuidado enfermero de Chambi 2020, que tiene una confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach = 0.897 y una validez con la prueba V de Aiken = 0.949. para medir la satisfacción se utilizará el cuestionario Care Q de Patricia, adaptado por Sepúlveda 2022, con una confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach de =0.89 y una validación de = 0.881 utilizando el índice de validez interna. El procesamiento de los datos será analizado con el software estadístico SPSS versión 26, sometidos a pruebas estadísticas; descriptivas, se utilizará el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman, para determinar la relación entre las dos variables calidad de cuidados y satisfacción.Objective: To determine how the quality of nursing care relates to satisfaction in post operative patients in the surgery service of a Lima hospital, 2025.
