La metodología que se ha utilizado ha sido el método inductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, con una población de 100 y muestra de 90 policías de la Unidad de Servicios Especiales Centro – Región Policial Lima, estos fueron seleccionados mediante el muestreo no probabilístico intencional; la técnica encuesta, instrumento empleado fue el cuestionario, la validación se realizó a través de juicio de expertos, la confiabilidad del alfa de Cronbach fue 0,916 para la criminalística y 0,930 para la prueba pericial. Los resultados de la estadística empleada fue la correlación de Rho de Spearman ,341 (p=0.001 <0.05); llegó a concluir que la existencia relacionada es baja estadísticamente significativa entre las dos variables.The objective of this work was to determine the existence of a relationship with respect to criminalistics and expert evidence in the stage of the oral trial in the Judicial Power of Lima, 2022. The methodology that has been used has been the inductive method, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, with a population of 100 and a sample of 90 police officers from the Central Special Services Unit - Lima Police Region; these were designated through purposive non-probabilistic sampling, the survey technique, the instrument used was the questionnaire, validation was performed through expert judgment, the reliability of Cronbach's alpha was 0.916 for criminalistics and 0.930 for expert evidence.
