Población: Será de 90 enfermeras que trabajan en el servicio de Traumatología y Ortopedia de un Hospital, Lima. Dado 1ue la población es finita no se contará con muestra, Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. El método será hipotético-deductivo, diseño observacional, descriptivo, trasversal y correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable: “Gestión del recurso humano”, se aplicará el cuestionario, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0,990 y para evaluar la variable: “Calidad de atención”, se aplicará el cuestionario, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0,908. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se realizará mediante la aplicación de la descripción estadística que presentará según niveles los resultados y la estadística inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba Rho de Spearman para comprobar las hipótesis planteadas en la investigación.Objective: “Identify the relationship that exists between human resource management and the quality of nursing care.” Population: There will be 90 nurses who work in the Traumatology and Orthopedics service of the Hospital, Lima.
