Materiales y metodos: El estudio fue con metodología hipotetico- deductivo, enfoque cuantitativa, en un nivel correlacional, ya que busco la asociación entre dos variables, diseño no experimental, debido a que los datos se tomaron en un solo momento del tiempo a través de un cuestionario con escala tipo Likert. El instrumento fue validado por cinco profesionales expertos y tuvo una confiabilidad de ( = 0.853) se utilizo el estadístico alfa de Cronbach. Para el análisis de datos, se empleo el software SPSS, como también para determinar el coeficiente de correlación de Tau c de Kendall. Conclusion: No existe una relacion significativa entre el liderazgo transformacional y las relaciones interpersonales del personal de enfermería de un hospital de Junín 2022.Objective: the relationship between transformational leadership and interpersonal relationships of the nursing staff of a hospital in Junín 2022 was determined. Materials and methods: The study was with hypothetical-deductive methodology, quantitative approach, at a correlational level, since it looked for the association between two variables, non-experimental design, because the data was taken in a single moment of time through a questionnaire with a scale Likert type. The instrument was validated by five expert professionals and had a reliability of ( = 0.853). Cronbach's alpha statistic was used. For data analysis, SPSS software was used, as well as to determine the Kendall's Tau c correlation coefficient.
