Methods: The study is applied, with a quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method, design qualified as the non-experimental in a cross-sectional section, with the contribution of information from 85 preoperative patients. For data collection, the survey technique was used and two questionnaires were used, one for humanized care and the other for preoperative patient anxiety (William K. Zung Anxiety Measurement Test). After its application, it will be possible to collect data that will be coded and recorded in a data matrix which will receive a statistical treatment through the SPSS 25.0 program, with a descriptive and inferential technique, the latter being through Spearman's Rho, which will allow to test the study hypotheses to be able to execute the conclusions of the case.El objetivo de estudio es “determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado y la ansiedad del paciente preoperatorio del centro quirúrgico de un hospital de Lima,2024”. Métodos: el estudio es de tipo aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de método hipotético deductivo, diseño calificado como el no experimental en un corte transversal, con el aporte de información de 85 pacientes preoperatorios. Para la recolección de datos se uso la técnica de encuesta y como instrumento dos cuestionarios uno para el cuidado humanizado y otro para la ansiedad del paciente preoperatorio (Test de medición de la ansiedad de William K. Zung).
