Dicho esto, el estudio tiene como objetivo general fue “Determinar la relación que existe entre carga laboral y calidad de atención del profesional de enfermería en el área de emergencia”. Además, la metodología a seguir será de carácter hipotético -deductivo, con un enfoque del tipo cuantitativo y de la forma aplicada, a su vez de un nivel observacional u correlacional, como también de estudio de prevalencia y además de un diseño de investigación ex post facto; la aplicación será de 97 enfermeros que integran el equipo de urgencias en los centros hospitalarios de la región Ayacucho. Los instrumentos se emplearán como instrumentos para la recopilación de información. El primer instrumento será el Cuestionario de carga laboral, que incluye 40 ítems relacionados con los componentes: carga mental, física, organización del trabajo y trabajo por turno; en cuanto a la segunda variable, se utilizará un instrumento específico para evaluar la excelencia de asistencial, que consiste en 23 ítems y se refiere a cuatro dimensiones. El procesamiento de la información se agrupará mediante tablas de frecuencias y porcentaje, y la comprobación de la hipótesis se realizará mediante pruebas inferenciales empleando el estadístico de Rho de Spearman.From a global perspective, the WHO categorizes workload or burnout as an occupational disorder, registering it within the context of the universal categorization of pathologies.
