The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between treatment adherence and quality of life in patients who have received a stent implant, attended in the cardiology department between September 2024 and February 2025. The methodology followed a quantitative approach, with a descriptive and correlational level, using a cross-sectional and non-experimental design. The sample will consist of 98 patients, to whom the Cardiovascular Treatment Regimen Adherence Outcome Questionnaire (CRART-CV) and the SF-36 Health Survey will be administered. The CRART-CV has demonstrated high internal consistency, with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.879. Its validity is supported by an Aiken coefficient of 1. A significant correlation between treatment adherence and improved quality of life is expected, which could be useful for refining public health strategies and improving clinical outcomes in individuals with cardiovascular diseases. Data analysis will be conducted using both descriptive and inferential statistics, supported by SPSS software version 25.0. Normality and correlation tests will be performed to validate the proposed hypotheses. The results obtained from this study could be key in designing more effective interventions, as well as in creating public health policies focused on a population similar to the one addressed in this research.application/pdfspahttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Cumplimiento y Adherencia al TratamientoTreatment Adherence and CompliancePrótesis e ImplantesProstheses and ImplantsCardiologíaCardiologyCalidad de VidaQuality of LifeAdherencia al tratamiento y calidad de vida en pacientes tras el implante de stents en un hospital público de Lima en el 2024Treatment adherence and quality of life in patients following stent implantation at a public hospital in Lima in 2024http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.03.03https://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.02.04ODS 3: Salud y bienestar.
