La metodología de estudio fue hipotético deductivo con diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel correlacional, de corte transversal, la muestra estuvo constituida por 80 padres de familia, la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento se aplicaron 2 cuestionarios. En los resultados se reflejó una correlación de Pearson positiva muy fuerte de (0.942** entre la variable Percepción de prevención sobre el VPH y Actitud de prevención sobre el VPH, considerando que son directamente proporcionales.
