Sáenz National Hospital in Lima. The approach used in this research was applied quantitative with a non-experimental design, correlational scope and cross-sectional. The sample population was made up of 92 nurses. The survey with The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) and the Nyberg Caring Assessment (NCA) was applied as a collection procedure; each was subjected to a reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha with values of 0.695 to 0.855 for the NSS and 0.622 to 0.726 for the NCA, which determined its reliability (See Annex 4). The result determined the existence of a negative correlation between work stress and humanized care, this was reflected by Spearman's Rho of -.791, likewise, it was possible to corroborate that work stress is negatively correlated with each dimension. of humanized care (nurse-patient interaction Rho - 0.404, transpersonal care Rho - 0.706, moment of care Rho - 0.664, phenomenological field Rho - 0.649), and finally, in the cross-information between the variable work stress and humanized care, it was observed that the high level of stress converges with the low level of humanized care by 51.6% and the medium level of stress converges with the medium level of humanized care by 27.5%. It is concluded that when nurses' work stress increases, then humanized care is diminished in parallel; This means that the negative correlation between the research variables is verified. Furthermore, it was proven that work stress is negatively and significantly related to each dimension of humanized care.El propósito del estudio consistió en “Determinar cómo se relaciona el estrés laboral con el cuidado humanizado de enfermeras en la atención de inmunización de pacientes del Hospital Nacional PNP Luis N. Sáenz de Lima. El enfoque utilizado en esta investigación fue cuantitativo de tipo aplicada con diseño no experimental, alcance correlacional y corte transversal. La población muestral se conformó por 92 enfermeras. Se aplicó como procedimiento de recopilación la encuesta con The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) y la Nyberg Caring Assesmente (NCA), cada una fue sometida a una prueba de confiabilidad por medio de Alpha de Cronbach con valores de 0,695 a 0,855 para el NSS y 0,622 a 0,726 para el NCA, lo que determinó su fiabilidad (Véase Anexo 4). El resultado determinó la existencia de una correlación negativa entre el estrés laboral y el cuidado humanizado, esto se reflejó por medio de la Rho de Spearman de -,791, asimismo, se pudo corroborar que el estrés laboral se correlaciona de manera negativa con cada dimensión de cuidado humanizado (interacción enfermera-paciente Rho - 0,404, cuidado transpersonal Rho - 0,706, momento del cuidado Rho -0,664, campo fenomenológico Rho - 0,649), y por último, en la información cruzada entre la variable estrés laboral y cuidado humanizado se observó que el nivel de estrés alto converge con el nivel bajo de cuidado humanizado en un 51,6% y el nivel de estrés medio converge con nivel medio de cuidado humanizado en un 27,5%. Se concluye que cuando el estrés laboral de las enfermeras aumenta entonces el cuidado humanizado se ve mermado en paralelo; esto quiere decir, que se comprueba la correlación negativa entre las variables de la investigación.
