Objective: Determine how professional satisfaction is related to the work performance of the Nursing staff of a highly complex Private Clinic in Lima, 2022. Materials and methods: research with a quantitative, non-experimental, applied, cross-sectional, correlational approach. that uses the hypothetical deductive method to explore and describe the study phenomena through the survey in a sample of 218 nursing graduates who work in different shifts. For this, adapted, validated and reliable instruments will be used such as the 4CornerSAT Questionnaire by Lepnurm et al., a multidimensional scale that includes high-level needs, validated and applicable in medical specialties, and the Work Performance Questionnaire created from the study by Montoya. and modified by Avellaneda et al. Statistical analysis will be performed using descriptive and inferential statistics using Spearman's correlation coefficient.Introducción: la satisfacción laboral de un profesional establece dos aspectos importantes, por un lado, afecta la productividad de una organización por su relación con la eficiencia del trabajador, y desde la perspectiva del trabajador, constituye un factor que determina su desempeño y su salud psicológica. Objetivo: Determinar cómo la satisfacción profesional se relaciona con el desempeño laboral del personal de Enfermería de una Clínica Privada de alta complejidad de Lima, 2022. Materiales y métodos: pesquisa de enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, aplicada, de corte transversal, de alcance correlacional que usa el método hipotético deductivo para explorar y describir los fenómenos de estudio mediante la encuesta en una muestra de 218 licenciados en Enfermería quienes laboran en los diferentes turnos. Para lo cual, se usarán instrumentos adaptados, validados y confiables como el Cuestionario 4CornerSAT de Lepnurm et al., escala multidimensional que incluye necesidades de alto nivel, validado y aplicable en especialidades médicas y el Cuestionario de Desempeño Laboral creado a partir del estudio de Montoya y modificado por Avellaneda et al.
